How it works?

The Nutriway weight loss program was designed by Philippe Troquet to create better nutritional habits and
promote a healthy way of losing at least in a first step 10 % of your body weight.

The Weight-loss phase

A carefully designed high protein meal replacement program intended to help you lose in a first step at least 10% of your total body weight.

After learning about proper nutrition and positive lifestyle changes, you are ready to start the fat burning process with meal replacements and a high protein/low carbohydrate diet. Because this Nutriway program starts with very low carbohydrate intake, your body will start to burn its own stored fat for energy after 72 hours of following the plan. Muscle is the engine that burns calories. The higher you lean body mass, the more calories you burn.

With ‘My Nutriway Plan’ program, muscle tissue is maintained by providing the body with high levels of protein, which supply energy. These proteins allow your body to keep muscle mass while shedding unwanted fat, making it easier to lose the weight and to keep it off for long term health.

The Stabilization phase

Setting a “set point” helps maintain your dietary needs and prevents the regaining of weight.

After completing the Weight Loss Phase, it’s time to start the Stabilization Phase to maintain your weight loss and reset your Set Point. Your Set Point is the weight your body normally hovers around, give or take a few pounds.

By working with your Set Point and not against it, you can achieve your goals and stabilize your weight in a long-lasting way. Most importantly, you’ll still benefi from accessing our numerous recipes and community support for a well-balanced and nutritious Mediterranean diet.

With ongoing customer support, you will be assigned a nutrition specialist to help coach and guide you through this journey and make your lifestyle change more enjoyable. By following these two phases you will be on your way to a happier and healthier you without the need for expensive surgeries and dangerous “Fad “ diets.
